01 / Website use

This website provides information about Level Property Solutions and a way to submit service inquiries. Use it lawfully, provide accurate information, and do not attempt to disrupt the site, bypass security controls, submit malicious files, or access another person’s information.

02 / Quote requests are not bookings

Submitting an inquiry does not create a confirmed booking, agreed price, service contract, reserved date, or guarantee of availability. A saved reference confirms receipt in our system, not acceptance of the work. The form does not calculate instant prices or take payment.

We review the details and may request additional information or a site review. Scope, quote, timing, access arrangements, payment terms if applicable, and other service conditions require separate confirmation before work is scheduled.

03 / Accurate information and authority

You are responsible for providing accurate project details and identifying relevant access restrictions, building rules, site conditions, materials, and hazards. Only request removal, moving, disposal, or work that you are legally authorized to approve.

For estates, tenancies, evictions, foreclosures, and disputed belongings, the appropriate representative must establish lawful authority and permission. We do not determine ownership, conduct evictions, or provide legal advice. Do not instruct removal of property you are not authorized to remove.

04 / Scope, regulated work, and site requirements

Service descriptions are examples of work that may be reviewed, not an unrestricted offer to perform every task. Plumbing, electrical, security, transportation, moving, and other regulated activities are subject to applicable licensing, permits, carrier authority, building approvals, and regulatory requirements. Particular work may require appropriately licensed professionals or may not be available.

Standard removal and cleanout inquiries do not include unconfirmed hazardous-material, biohazard, asbestos, or specialized remediation services. Identify unusual materials and safety concerns before work is considered. Required handling, disposal, site documentation, and approvals must be separately reviewed.

05 / Insurance and procurement

General liability insurance is confirmed for Level Property Solutions. This website does not claim that the company is fully insured, bonded, covered by workers’ compensation, licensed for every trade, or approved as a government vendor. Any project-specific insurance, certificate, qualification, procurement, or contracting requirements need separate review. No government contracts or vendor approvals are implied.

06 / Availability, quotes, and service terms

Service availability depends on scope, project location, scheduling, access, and applicable requirements. This includes projects in Nassau and Suffolk Counties. A preferred date is a request only; there is no guaranteed response or service turnaround.

Final pricing, inclusions, exclusions, handling instructions, disposal arrangements, changes, cancellation, payment, and responsibility for site preparation are governed by the terms separately confirmed for the particular engagement. Nothing on this site creates an unconfirmed outcome or completion guarantee.

07 / Photos, content, and external services

Submit only photos and other content you are entitled to share. Inquiry photos are used to review the request and are not automatically published in the project gallery. Illustrative or stock photography on the website is not evidence of completed Level projects.

Website text, brand material, and images may be subject to intellectual-property rights. Do not reproduce them without appropriate permission. External links, telephone, email, and SMS services operate under their providers’ terms; an email notification status does not guarantee inbox delivery.

08 / Technical availability and privacy

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but technical errors or interruptions may occur. Do not rely on this form for emergencies, urgent safety issues, or a guaranteed response. If submission fails, your request is not confirmed as saved. If an inquiry is saved but email delivery is pending or fails, retain the reference and call to follow up.
